Also Zapier is developing a new, graph-oriented experience as an alternative to their actual "linear" experience in automation design. As soon as the automation design become complex, the need of a clear view of the complexity arises. Having nodes, actions and branches clearly displayed and editable was our main feedback. If been playing with Tiledesk for about 6 months now and I have to say that in the last 6 months lots of positive updates was implemented. Cant want for them to take on the "giants" like FreshDesk and show them what can be done and still keeping it opensource. I'm a big supporter of opensource and cant wait to see what Tiledesk has in store for the future!

Thanks for your support and positive review Erhardt! We love open source because it's the best way to spread IT culture to everyone. We built our designer from scratch, using no existing libraries. Only Javascript/SVG and HTML5. An article will come on how to use our own designer in your own open source project to provide your users the next-gen UX they deserve!
