Capster

Hello there! 👋 For a long time, I've been searching for a tool that can quickly and accurately capture and share my screen - whether it's a bug, a new feature, or just something interesting and shareable. While there are several tools available, I often found that they fell short in some areas. To address this need, I've spent the past year creating Capster, a native app that resides in the menu bar on macOS. With Capster, you can capture a screenshot or a video and instantly receive a shareable link that presents your capture as accurately as possible. Annotate screenshots, browse your collection, and receive notifications when someone reacts to or views your capture - all from within the app. The app is available on the Mac App Store and is free to use, with an optional subscription available to increase storage, etc. We're currently working on a Windows version too!
