Congrats on the launch Sarah 🚀 Organising customer feedback is definitely one of the most sensible applications of AI. Really love seeing this ❤️ How accurate is Canny Autopilot's AI in deduping and summarising comments? What's the rate of false positives/negatives?

Hey @jgani, summarization and deduplication work extremely well. We first tested Autopilot against internal benchmarks and were hitting 99% accuracy. We’ve been running a beta with existing Canny customers for the past few months. Accuracy isn’t quite 99% on real-world data, but we’ve gotten positive feedback and have identified the next steps to iterate on in Q2. We’re also pretty liberal with providing extra credits for the purpose of testing it out. We’d love for people to try it out and gain confidence in the tech before committing to a paid subscription.

I don't typically leave reviews but i love this product, I've been using Canny personally since the beginning but was recently successful in convincing the rest of the team we need this for our product. It's been a success story since day 2 of implementation. I could never revert to our old ways of capturing feedback. Love this in every way and the great people that support the project!

The worst product and people in history. They're literally just using companies to run free ads on their public sites to get more traffic for themselves. All your data and roadmap is locked in - and oh - all your competitors can see everything in public, along with your customers - of which the noisiest 5% (that pay no money) will complain loudly in public. Anyone who uses a public roadmap is totally screwed.

Feel free to reach out to me directly. jacques@canny.io Just to clarify a few things here: - We do have an option to remove our minimal "Powered by Canny" branding on our Business plan. - We offer an API as well as CSV exporting to pull your data from Canny when needed. - Private boards are available in Canny to restrict who can view and participate in feedback.
