@nitinbajaj1423 Thanks for the reply! I would say we have 4 ideal customers... 1. Solo Entrepreneurs / Startups 2. Freelance Developers 3. Small Development Shops 4. QA Testers 1. There are a ton of entrepreneurs and startups that need a simple and affordable tool for collecting feedback from their users. During a typical "Beta" phase you want as much feedback as possible, BugFeedr makes this super easy for this type of situation. (This is where I fall most of the time, I have it on all my new startups). 2. Freelance developers already have a lot to juggle, getting tons of emails from their clients becomes a bit tedious and hard to manage. BugFeedr gives their clients a simple location to send tickets without requiring their client to create an account or login anywhere. 3. Small Development shops fall into the same boat as Freelance Developers, but all the issues are compounded by numerous projects happening at one time with several clients who all have several internal shareholders who all want to give feedback. Simply send everyone who wants it access to the Feedback form, no need for emails being sent to one shareholder who then forwards them on to the developer (messages get lost this way!). 4. Lots of companies have QA testers that they hire either on contract or as employees, often times these are lower level, offshore type of people who maybe aren't familiar or comfortable using tools like Jira or Asana, etc. BugFeedr provides them with an easy tool to work with while still providing the right details to the developers. Hope that answers your question, thanks!

@micahiverson that was a detailed note, really appreciate that. Here are my thoughts on how to find these:- 1. ---- Track companies/startups launching new mobile apps, online stores, SAAS products, websites. You can also track startups that are raising funds as they will have money to invest in technology upgradation. 2. Freelance developers already have a lot to juggle, getting tons of emails from their clients becomes a bit tedious and hard to manage. BugFeedr gives their clients a simple location to send tickets without requiring their client to create an account or login anywhere. - Maybe tracking freelancer portal can help here. --- companies that are actively hiring for contract workforce or part time employees would be worth tracking. You can top this up with industry, employee size, location as qualifying factors to improve your targeting. 4. Lots of companies have QA testers that they hire either on contract or as employees, often times these are lower level, offshore type of people who maybe aren't familiar or comfortable using tools like Jira or Asana, etc. BugFeedr provides them with an easy tool to work with while still providing the right details to the developers. ---- Companies that are actively hiring for software testing roles will be worth a shot. since these are already investing in this function you will have better chance of getting this adopted. If you need further help in targeting these ICP's then let me know, we can chat over email and I will help you.
