Hey everyone! My name is Ben Hale, cofounder and CEO of Brite! We are so excited to launch an easier way to choose benefits. 4 years ago, at the age of 27 I was diagnosed with stage 2 testicular cancer. I went through surgery, chemo treatment, and lots of mental trauma. We set out to help employees pick the best employer benefits for them and their families by personalizing the education and decision process. We work primarily with Benefits brokers but also go direct to employers, offering to create their Brite education and decision making tools. If you've been through an open enrolment or even a new employee onboarding experience then you know how painful the benefit election experience is.
