Are there really no real-time/synchronous fantasy football apps out there?

@rrhoover As I understand it, the difference between Blitz and other games is that the team selection is real-time.
I tried it out and it's a lot like QuizUp. Two players at the same time draft their players from the same pool. You have to be quick to snatch up Peyton Manning or you'll be stuck with Brian Hoyer.
