I am Kelly Chan, Product Designer and Developer of Bika.ai. Bika.ai is an easy-to-use AI automation database and knowledge-base. You can think of Bika.ai as a hybrid of GenAI Zapier and billion-row Airtable. We were responsible for a company's digital transformation and dealt with numerous spreadsheets daily. Then, we needed to convert them into "database software systems." This process was complicated and inefficient. Imagine this: in real business processes, a lot of work is done using spreadsheet and database systems. What if we could make complex data management systems as easy to use as spreadsheet? And what if we added an AI automation assistant that works with spreadsheet? This could greatly benefit people and society! It could give a billion people technology skills and stronger tools to achieve their dreams, ultimately push human beings forward. That’s why we develop Bika.ai, a no-code AI automation database. It enables people to automate their work intelligently, build data systems with ease, and includes powerful AI workflow automation to do the work for them. What make Bika.ai so unique? Compared to products like Airtable and Zapier, Bika.ai has several significant features: 1. Automation Native: Among all database products on the market, Bika.ai is the only one that allows 'automation workflows to be saved directly as templates'. These process automation templates can be readily applied to customer businesses, as detailed in our Template Center. 2. AI Friendly: Bika.ai supports over 10+ automation triggers and 25+ automation actions, along with numerous built-in AI integrations. I'm totally convinced that with the latest AI prowess there are huge potentials to optimize the workflow for better automation. So, it's great to see the products in this area taking the initiative. Congrats on the launch! As a frequent user of Airtable myself (a marketer who primarily utilizes it for tracking PR outreach efforts), I am highly interested in seeing how the AI solution can enhance the workflow. Moreover, in my experience, well-designed templates for various tasks are extremely helpful. :)
