Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Noel, one of the makers of BeamUp. Why we built it At my last gig we spent ridiculous amounts of time (and AWS bills) downloading files from vendors only to re-upload them to our own S3. Every “simple” upload widget stored a full copy on the provider’s servers, which meant extra transfers, hidden retention risks, and an attack surface we didn’t control. We wanted a portal, not another storage service - so we built BeamUp. What’s new & different Unlike file-request tools that act as middlemen, BeamUp is a stateless relay: the browser streams multipart chunks straight into your bucket. No proxy servers. No temp disks. No waiting for a background “sync” job. And because we mint short-lived, least-privilege creds per session, you never hand out a permanent IAM key. What we’re proud of We pushed a 3 GB 4K clip to S3 in 120 seconds with zero retries during beta - and our earliest customers are already shipping dailies, CAD zips, and database dumps the same way. Seeing their “it just works” relief is the best feeling. Would love your feedback, questions, or wild edge-case challenges. We’re here all day - drop a comment and let’s talk uploads! 🚀 - Noel & the BeamUp crew

@noel_mathew Hey I have seen your video and it is so satisfying to see how you are making our workflow so easier and useful - clean UI, no-code setup, and direct-to-S3 uploads without temp servers is a game-changer, especially for teams handling large files.

Quick question: once customers upload documents (like agreements or forms), how are you currently managing the signature or approval process?

You might consider integrating with e-signature it can automatically send uploaded documents for secure e-signature, helping you close the loop instantly without leaving the flow.

@sania_khan10 Thanks for the checking out the video Sania.
To address the signature/approval process, we are considering developing plugins/integrations for platforms that customers currently use. We could let you know once you have the file/document ready to review.

@noel_mathew That sounds like a smart direction - letting users work within their existing tools is key. If you’re exploring e-signature integrations, PlusDocSign could be a strong fit. We offer embeddable flows, no-code API setups, and native integrations with tools like Google Drive, SharePoint, Salesforce, and more. Bonus: our “Chat with Your Contract” AI helps users review documents faster. Happy to share a demo if that’s ever useful!
