My first job as a bartender was over 10 years ago and memorizing the ingredients of the most popular cocktails was a never-ending challenge that always resulted in forgetting the ingredients of a popular cocktail a few months later. This is the reason I created Bartender School with the cocktail simulator, to gamify the hard task of memorizing the ingredients of so many popular cocktails.
