Hey everyone! thanks @nahrwl for hunting -- Citizens casting votes are great, but citizens casting informed votes are even better. We're really aiming to improve engagement with those state & local measures/candidates, since the media usually overemphasizes the Presidential race.
BallotView makes that engagement easy by curating content from a couple different non-partisan sources (Ballotpedia, ballot.fyi, local voting guides) and allows voters to save a receipt to reference at the polls!
The project was born out of a fellowship with Global Shapers Los Angeles, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and we're excited to see what future elections the platform impacts!
