As someone who’s battled constipation my entire life, I deeply understand the struggle - the discomfort, the effort, and the stigma. It’s been a long journey for me, trying everything out there to feel better. What I’ve learned is that: gut health is a lifelong commitment that depends on daily habits.
So - a year ago, I quit my job, taught myself to code, and built Balloon from scratch - living on my own savings to make it happen. Today, I’m so happy to share it with you!

As someone who's tried Cara Care and Bowelle, Balloon feels way smarter at spotting patterns (and actually fun to use?!). The habit-building tips helped me fix my coffee-gut cycle in 2 weeks. For anyone tracking digestion, this is like having a nutritionist in your pocket! Lastly grats on launching!
