Hey PH! I’m Ankit — and we (me and my super team) built Backed AI from a deeply personal story.
In 2017, I was a professional bodybuilder. One bad deadlift injured my back badly. I flew home to India, got an MRI… and the doctor looked at me and said: “You’ll never lift again.”
He’d never lifted a weight in his life, and he was telling me to give up the one thing that gave me my physical and mental health.
I refused.
I researched everything — rehab, posture, spinal mechanics. I healed myself. I competed again for 4 years. I proved the experts wrong.
Years later, I realized millions suffer from the same thing — back pain, poor posture, and the sense that they’re stuck with it.
That’s why we built Backed AI. It’s what I wish existed when I got injured.
