This sounds like a really interesting concept as we've all heard about limiting screen time before bed, and other ways to schedule your routine to help improve sleep, but being able to keep your same routine and utilize a product like this is an interesting approach @alksdimitrov I really like the design of the case! What went into your choice and design process with that?

With AYO, our goal is to help people adapt their body clock to their lifestyle. I am glad to hear that you like the design of AYO's case!
