Hi! My name is Zach and I live in Los Angeles, a city full of struggling creators. As a creator myself, I faced this challenge. If you've ever been broke, you can relate. It can be hard to earn a living as a creative person. And without proper funding, creativity cannot flourish. This was true during the Renaissance and it's true today. It's hard to turn talent into money. All over the world, most creators are hardly paid for their work. However, now that digital ownership is (for the first time) truly possible with NFTs, I believe we have arrived at a historic moment. With Angelope, I am building a platform that allows content creators to sell NFTs in order to raise money for creative projects. Musicians can fund a tour or studio recording by selling NFTs. Filmmakers can fund their film or develop a series. The countless creators who have taken to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram will now have a direct-to-consumer channel for revenue. In return, their fans receive a digital asset, as a token of their support. And every NFT will provide some form of utility as selected by the creator. We believe that content creators should get paid directly by the fans who love their work. Help us as we improve our product, so we can help creators to build communities and make their dreams a reality.
