I purchased a Looker template from Databloo, which turned out to be unsuitable and inflexible, not meeting my needs. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, Databloo refused any form of refund, relying on a no-refund policy for digital products, which I find unreasonable given that the product is unusable for me. This experience has been very frustrating and feels somewhat like a scam. I strongly advise against using this service, especially for professionals looking for flexibility and responsiveness from their providers.
