I’m quite into healthy diet stuff and had recently been experimenting with probiotics and probiotics such as green banana and things like cacao powder. So when I came across Ample and found all the ingredients to be legit, I was really excited. Every single ingredient is legit. I reached out to the founder and got connected. I’ve previously used Soylent and I'm a big big fan of that company, I think they're going to be hugely successful in the future and I'm looking forward to seeing their future products. But in the short-term, I must admit that I haven’t drunk it for a long time. The main ingredient today of Soylent is maltodextrin - a cheap food additive; it also contains an artificial sweetener in sucralose, which I’m trying to avoid. For now, Ample is ideal for people like me, who are health conscious. I couldn’t make a more ideal set of ingredients, and having tried it recently, I can confirm that it tastes great. Maybe a bit like silent, but more nutty (from the macadamia nuts that are in it). @parkhmp7 Soylent is also currently more convenient. With 2.0 you can just open it and drink. With ample you need to add a small amount of water to the bottle and shake it, so that adds about 60 seconds of preparation. But worth it for a customer like me.

I was struggling to find a healthy and fast breakfast option. I experimented making smoothies every morning, but I got tired of the 10 min of prep and clean required. Ample has helped me get out the door as fast as possible in the mornings and also keeps me feeling good until lunch. I love drinking half of the 600 cal bottles in the morning and saving the other half as a reward for my afternoon workout.

I have tried all varieties with the most recent keto being my favorite as I'm moving to a lower carbohydrate diet. The normal one tastes great too. The vegetarian variety has some consistency issues, mostly getting too thick.

I am looking forward to Ample coming out with selling the formula in a bulk format so I can reduce my waste with the plastic bottles.
