Congratulations on the launch! There's nobody I'd trust better than David here when it comes to fitness. This is one of a kind Notion workout template. It has any feature you can require of a workout app. The best thing is AI plan everything for me from the workout to the meal without me having to do anything. Bonus: The DeskFlex which helps with my back pain problem because I sit at the desk a lot. Super recommend!
