Weekly Runs - Plan your runs, week by week.

The Weekly Runs app allows you to quickly create your running plan by cloning previous weeks and making distance adjustments. You can easily update your plan after any injury, by inserting no running and recovery weeks. A custom checklist helps you to avoid missing any warm-ups.

I love this and would use it immediately if you had an iOS version. Great concept and meets a need I have.

Downloaded! I really like this idea, I'm going to try the app out! The pre-run tasks are great too, I often forget about those. Do you plan to add any auto-incrementing or decrementing features in the future? For example, I usually like to increase my milage a little each week. And if I can't run for a week, I usually decrease milage after.

@amoghk Thank you so much for your review. Yes, I plan to generate optimal values for the next week based on the values of the 3 - 4 previous weeks. Please let me know if there are any other features you would like to see.

I've had trouble finding a good, free run tracker — so it's nice to see this!

Hi Product Hunters! When I started training for my very first marathon, I downloaded a training plan. I printed it, pinned it to my fridge, and started circling each completed training day. Unfortunately, I was often injured during my runs, which led to days or weeks of not running, and a lot of changes to the running plan. As an alternative, I decided to use an app. Almost all of the running apps I tried either forced me to follow their plans from the start (which I didn't want to do because I was already in the middle of my training) or made it very difficult to import my own custom plans. So I decided to create my own app. An app that would allow me not only to quickly import the training plan I was following but also to easily adapt it to real-life events. That's how the “Weekly Runs” app was born. The app makes it easy to create a new training plan, by cloning existing weeks and making only necessary adjustments. Furthermore, the app allows for incorporating non-running and recovery weeks after an injury into the existing training plan. I also noticed that I would often forget to perform some of the warm-up exercises I planned to do before every run. This is why I added a custom checklist of pre-run activities to the app, that you have to complete before every run. I hope this app will be as useful to you as it is to me. If you have any suggestions for improvements or additional features, please let me know. Happy running!
