Hey hunters! To be honest, I wasn't supposed to write this comment. It was supposed to come from my colleague @vasylyk, the co-founder of StartupSoft. But since I'm up in Europe and can take over our launch, you're stuck with me now :) So here's the deal: I know our launch isn't as sexy as all the GPT4-based startups and cool features implemented in our already-loved products taking over PH newsfeed lately. We can't compete with all the coolness you makers post these days — sure! (heck, I can't tell you how relieved I was to see GPT4 launch 2 days ago stealing all the buzz 😅) But the thing is, while our launch is simple as a stick, we know it's still a needed one. StartupSoft's been helping startups with staff augmentation and building sustainable remote teams for years. Our customers have built over 100 tech teams with us. Hired hundreds of engineers, designers, testers, and project managers. Made over $250mln in exits. And all of that 👆 we've done with nearly a 100% satisfaction rate, having had 0 (zero, yes) clients leaving us due to unhappiness with our work. The teams we build have 95% retention and stay with our customers for years. Up until now, our business was entirely referral-based. And now that we feel solid on our feet, we want to help more startups build sustainable teams: those that burn less money, have an ownership mindset and are ready to stick for a while. Because let's be honest: building something exceptional takes time and dedication. Another harsh truth we know from experience: Finding the right people takes time. Engineering hires typically take from 2 to 4 weeks to fill. Having been a startup and having worked with startups for years, we know that 2-4 weeks are often not good enough :) We all want YESTERDAY. So we dedicated a part of our recruiting and interviewing team to sourcing & pre-vetting exceptional talents and pre-assembling entire teams that you can hire in less than 72 hours on an "I came, I saw, I hired" basis. We plan to send out these digests once a month, but if we see more traction than expected, we'll definitely consider making it a bigger thing. Oh, and also: Even if you don't plan to hire right now, still subscribe before you forget. I fought a CFO with my bare hands to get you $2000 credit on every hire you make in 2023.

Cool! Do you think the developers would work on my project? I mean it's pretty ambitious and I wonder how well you vet them
Ksenia Larina (she/her)
@pausx Hey Paul! Thanks a lot for the question. I actually hoped someone would ask this. Because I know you're going to like the answer :) Typically, when companies offer startups "vetted developers" that means they just went through their CVs, made them go through a 15-minute English testing and some basic coding task, or maybe went through their GitHub. In our case, "vetted" means one of the following: - we've known and have worked with this person before on a real project - they're already an employee of StartupSoft who's done with their previous project and are ready for the next one - we found them while filling one of our customers' positions, they've successfully gone through all stages of interviews but they either weren't the 100% fit for the positions we had available for them, or a startup decided to go with someone else who got into their recruiting pipeline a bit earlier. Since our main business model is team extension on-demand, things like this happen on a regular basis, so we decided to launch this mini-product and see if we can find these candidates the projects they deserve. We will be sending the digest on Monday, so everyone on ProductHunt has the same starting point (we will be matching candidates on a first-come-first-serve basis), but you're also welcome to schedule a call with our sales team today, and they can start the recruiting process for you ASAP. Full transparency: the custom search will take a bit longer than the grab-and-go model the digest suggests, but we're still pretty fast and depending on the rarity of the tech stack you're looking for, we can typically fill positions for senior devs in 1 to 4 weeks. P.S. If you're wondering about tech interviews, they are done by our internal interviewers who on average have 5+ years of experience with the stack they're interviewing for (if it's not a newer technology), and have experience managing and hiring dev teams.

@pausx @kay_larina Great to hear that your vetted developers have a stronger screening process than most companies! Transparency and reliability are essential in building trust.
Ksenia Larina (she/her)
@pausx @alekswatch definitely! We're doing our best to live up to those standards :)
Illya Krupenikov
Hmmmm, can I have 40 ready-to-hire DESIGNERS delivered to my inbox monthly?))
Ksenia Larina (she/her)
@illya_krupenikov You're actually going to love my answer because we DO have awesome designers. Spoiler ahead: March's issue is going to have 2 or 3 graphic and UX/UI designers and I remember you were looking for a motion designer, and I know for sure that one of the people available for hire now is a motion designer, our entire recruiting and client partner team won't stop talking about :D They say he's an amazing designer and has a work ethic of a god. aaaand...I think they may be in your price range too, actually. So... :) You know what to do!
Ksenia Larina (she/her)
@illya_krupenikov one more thing: we were actually thinking about making the future issues focused on 1 niche/tech stack. Maybe we'll do designers next!
Greg Yanchak
