I wouldn't say I like these ads that I get on my email. I use it to get letters related to work, and I don't really like it when I need to search for important letters through spamming letters. I started to use a temporary email because it was already disturbing. It really helped me to get rid of them. Many people think that they are not safe, but I don't see anything suspicious by using temporary emails. The main disadvantage is that if you need a recovery code in the future, you won't get it because the email will be automatically deleted.
