The Tokyo Memory Map - Kuber Mehta's Proposal for the Tokyo Biennale 2025 Open Call
Hey Product Hunt, I’m Kuber Mehta, a digital artist, tinkerer, and storyteller across pixels, film frames, and guitar strings lol.
I just submitted my Proposal - Tokyo Memory Map for the Tokyo Biennale 2025 Open Call.
Imagine wandering Tokyo’s neon-lit streets at midnight, ducking into a ramen shop, stumbling upon a street musician, all things you only notice when you've truly walked the city all stitched together into a living, breathing map.
Tokyo Memory Map crowdsources photos, videos, sketches, and music from locals, revealing the hidden layers of the city beyond tourist snapshots, turning into an interactive digital website that's also beautiful to look at.
This project is a love letter to Japan while blending all my passions- art, tech, and storytelling into a digital patchwork of a city that’s constantly reinventing itself.
🎥 Below is my (overedited) pitch
I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback :)
