The assistant remembers what matters — so users don’t have to repeat themselves
When users share key info (like their name, contact reason, or preferred time), the assistant keeps that in context.
That way, it won’t ask again five minutes later.
This creates more natural conversations, reduces steps, and makes the assistant feel less like a form and more like a real helper.
It’s a small touch, but for businesses, it means less user frustration and better conversion on actions like bookings.
We’re still tuning the logic, so that it is dynamic for each business, but it’s already improving the overall flow.
Happy to hear how others are handling short-term memory and context reuse.
