I’m excited to introduce Scout Scheduling, an Outlook-native meeting scheduler designed to make your calendar life way easier.
Here’s the scoop:
🔹 Click the Scout add-in in Outlook, and it instantly scans your calendar.
🔹 It embeds clickable time slots right in your email — no external links or complicated setups.
🔹 When your recipient clicks a time, Scout sends an automatic confirmation email and creates the meeting with a Teams or Google Meet link.
🔹 We quietly reserve your available slots to prevent double bookings (no more awkward schedule clashes!).
🔹 Recipients don’t need Scout or even Outlook — it just works across email platforms.
We’re launching a limited alpha for 500 users and would love your feedback on the experience. Time zone support and more features are coming soon.
