I’m a UX designer working with SaaS products, preparing to launch a solo UX agency. I’m refining my service offerings and want to hear from founders: what kind of UX support would actually be useful to you?

  1. Full UX analysis report (fixed-price package, no Figma work) – A complete audit of your product’s UX, diagnosing issues affecting activation, retention, and usability, with actionable fixes.

  2. Specific UX analysis (fixed-price package, no Figma work) – A deep dive into one particular area or flow (e.g. onboarding, dashboard, checkout) that you suspect is hurting the user experience.

  3. Full redesign (fixed-price package, includes analysis and hands-on design) – A complete UX redesign of your product, starting with analysis and moving through wireframes to final mockups.

  4. Partial redesign (fixed-price package, scoped to specific areas) – Targeted design improvements to parts of your product you already know need work.

  5. Ongoing UX support (weekly/monthly subscription) – Continuous UX improvements over time, including analysis, design work, and optimization.

  6. Design from scratch (fixed-price package based on estimate) – UX design for a brand new product, including design system, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
