Introducing MoneyMinion: Investing Help That Finally Makes Sense
Hey Product Hunt!
I’m excited (and maybe a little nervous) to share MoneyMinion with you! It’s a free tool I built for people who want to start investing, but have no idea where to begin.
What It Does:
MoneyMinion walks beginners through:
The different types of accounts (Roth IRA vs 401(k) vs HSA)
Which ones make sense for your goals
How to prioritize and open them — all in plain English
There’s no login, no upsell, no jargon. Just guidance you can actually use. Oh, and a cute little green mascot to cheer you on.
Why I Built It:
I watched too many friends procrastinate on investing simply because it felt overwhelming. The info is out there — but scattered, complicated, and often biased.
I wanted to centralize it, simplify it, and most importantly: make it click.
Who It’s For:
Anyone who’s said “I know I should be investing… I just don’t know where to start”
People who want to understand their options before clicking “Open Account”
Young professionals, college grads, or literally anyone trying to make dollars make sense
What’s Next:
More guided tools (custom account recommendations, calculators)
Blog content that actually respects your attention span
Thanks for checking it out! If you give it a spin, I’d love your feedback — what makes sense, what’s confusing, what you’d love to see next.
Let’s help more people feel confident with their money.
