If you care about reflecting on your life, I'd like your honest opinion
Hello there! :)
I'm very much into the world of psychology and I guess most of my ideas revolve around vitamines.
This time I decided to build a proof of concept and just put it in the hands of other folks, since I am already a user.
It's a tool based on David Goggins’ After Action Review from the book Can’t Hurt Me, which I read early last year, and had been doing in pen and paper since then.
If you like to reflect on your life, or would like to start doing so, I'd be thrilled if you could take a glance at it.
What are the benefits of reflecting, though?
Reflecting is, in the product world lango, a vitamine. You don't see immediate results, and it's not some sort of automatism. It takes time, commitment, and it's through it's lenses that you eventually start seeing details which you couldn't before.
As a very producty example, I write every Sunday, and I always mention the projects I am working on. Let's say I did that for about a month. I go back to the first time I mentioned it and since I wrote my feelings around it, what's happening etc, I can see how my perception of it changed throughout the month. That usually gives me insight of why I quit my products.
This sunday, I'll write on Segwim that I finally took the change and wrote here.
