How it works: 1. Click “Record Macro” and perform the actions you want to automate. 2. Give your macro a name and save it. 3. Whenever you need to repeat those steps—whether it’s changing colors, updating styles, adjusting corner radii, or creating multiple shapes—just select your macro from the list and hit “Play.”
