💡 Before Building a Product — What I’m Trying to Think Through
I’m about to start building something — but before diving in, I’ve been thinking about 3 key things I wish I thought through more often:
1. Real Value > Cool Features
Is this solving a real user problem, or just something I think is interesting?
Fake problems = dead products.
2. A Bit of Differentiation Is Enough
Let’s be real: almost everything has been built.
But even in crowded markets, a tiny twist (UX, niche, fun personality) can work — if it's clear, sharp, and relevant.
You don’t need 10 new features. One good hook is enough.
3. Conversion Needs an Edge
If you actually help users, that’s step one.
But why would they pay (or stay)?
Sometimes it’s utility. Sometimes it’s design. Sometimes it's just…vibes.
Your edge is the key.
🧠What else should I think about before building?
I’d love brutally honest feedback, hot takes, or frameworks you use.
Please don’t hold back — I appreciate the tough love. 🙏
