1000s of unread emails in Gmail? Nuke spammers in 1 click.
Hi PH -- I recently launched Simplehuman, a browser extension that makes Gmail work like Superhuman and ended the day on 4th.
I took the last few weeks to build a "Nuke" feature that deletes all emails from a spammy marketing company and blocks future emails too. This is very privacy friendly, as you do not need to give access to your email inbox to make this work for you.

Why I built this?
My app was primarily meant for founders and business owners and was being used only on work email inboxes. I wanted to increase the market size of who can use my app, and was looking for a consumer use case. From my conversations with my friends and beta users, I realised most of them struggle with 1000s of emails in their inbox and it is never manageable. I never had this problem, as I used filters effectively to auto-delete or reroute my emails to different folders. Turns out, many people do not know the existence of email filters. So, I decided to build something to make it easier to use.
This has saved me and my beta users tons of time in clearing their inboxes and taking it from 1000s of unread emails to zero.
How to use?
This is currently a free feature and available to everyone (free signup). Install the extension and hit the 🚫 button in your email toolbar. https://simplehuman.email
You can also select multiple emails together and 🚫 them all.
Would love to know what you think? If you would like to buy the app, use the promo code PRODUCTHUNT to get a few $$$ off.

This is one of the most helpful extension I've used recently. All the best!
Been drowning in promo emails for ages and this actually helped me rest. The UX feels clean and fast too. Felt weirdly satisfying to delete so much junk with a single tap.
