Hi guys, I’m Lukas from Salesfit.io In the last 3 years, I led a small agency. We were helping early-stage startups with marketing materials: web presentations, case studies, landing pages, and print materials such as leaflets, brochures, etc. But then one day I noticed that we are experiencing one particular moment with almost every new client. When we asked, "who exactly is your ideal customer?", there was silence on the client's side. Then they say something so broad like "designers" or "manufacturing companies". "Ok, which designers?” We asked. “Visual? Product? Brand? Freelancers? Teams? Big or small companies? Product companies or agencies?" "All of them..." usually was the answer. It's not about who possibly can buy your product in the early stages. It’s about who needs to buy it...right now. So they often targeted the wrong market. Their target audience was too wide. And sometimes they even targeted the right market but the wrong way. Their uncertain targeting usually went hand-in-hand with their a) growth struggles b) low conversion and retention rates = poor ROI We all knew that customer data would help them answer these questions. Problem was that being data-driven is expensive and time-demanding. Data collection and analysis usually requires weeks, sometimes months of preparations and thousands of dollars (per month). You also usually need a data specialist to lead your project and to read your data properly. It is too difficult and expensive for early-stage companies. So we cracked the case. We need to make data analysis understandable and financially affordable. We have to make it easy. And we did. We developed Salesfit. Customer analysis software for marketing people. With Salesfit: 1. You don’t need to know anything about a data-driven approach. 2. You don’t need any data-warehouse, business intelligence, etc. 3. You can have your first targeting insights in 5 minutes. 4. And you can analyze the first 1000 customers for free. All you need to start is Google Sheet. So how does it work? 1. You import your customer data into a Google Sheet and share the link with Salesfit (in case you have a data warehouse, we'll have this option soon). 2. Salesfit runs the analysis and automatically finds the strongest connections among your customers and sort them into the most similar customer segments. And it doesn't matter what data you use. When there's a connection, Salesfit finds it. But that's just the start. After analysis Salesfit picks the most promising segment you should focus on to increase or decrease any business metric in your data. This way you get valuable insights on 1. who are your most profitable customers 2. and what they have in common. All that after about a 30-second long process. In case you want to explore all the segments by yourself, for example in your own business intelligence, Salesfit sends you all the result data from analysis back into your Google Sheet. But the best part is that Salesfit automatically analyzes your data every day to tell you about every significant change in customer characteristics, segment size, or customer similarity so you can be sure you grow the right direction. Just tried to use it for a side project I'm working on right now — definitely worth trying to understand who are 20% of clients that generate 80% revenue. Eeven though the service tells you a little bit less exact numeric data than I expected (I cannot check who are 15% of clients responsible for 92% of revenue, for example) — still pretty insightful. @lukas_holovsky thanks for sharing, good luck with your product 👍

@lukas_holovsky1 Thanks! I wasn't sure if we'd have to bring our own data. But this makes sense. Any interest in adding another enrichment partner? We're generally a lot more accessible than other enrichment providers (for the same match rate and quality). Might make the onboarding to Salesfit a bit more frictionless for your customers.
