Aleph is a cutting-edge in-context video model that can edit videos by adding, removing, or transforming objects, changing style, lighting, and even generating new angles—all from a single input video.
Hey Hunters 👋
Thrilled to share Runway's latest leap in AI video — Aleph! 🚀
It's a groundbreaking in-context video model that lets you edit videos like magic:
✨ Add, remove, or transform objects
🎥 Change camera angles
🎨 Modify lighting & style
A new era of multi-task visual generation is here — and it all starts with a single input video.
Can't wait to see how creators use this!
Since this tool is for video creation, it would be great to upload (not only images) but also example videos according to the tool could be inspired and create something similar :)
Wait, pro-level video editing in my browser?? That’s wild. No more heavy downloads—just ML magic on the fly. Huge gamechanger for us lazy editors, tbh!
This might be one of the most exciting tools I've seen this year. I work in a creative agency and I spend so much time iterating video content for clients, tweaking lighting, removing elements, even creating new storyboards.
Runway constantly blows me away with their updates. References and Act Two are both incredible. Really excited to test this out when it officially rolls out.
That was a pretty good demo video, those tiny edits are usually the hardest to pull off with AI. With this and Veo3, we’re getting closer to being able to make high production value videos with just AI and a bit of editing.
We just saw a demo of Aleph, and it feels like the future of video editing.
It’s not another timeline-based tool. It’s a video model that can literally edit the world inside a video — remove stuff, add things, change lighting, even shift camera angles — all from a single clip.
No 3D scans. No reshoots. No After Effects wizardry. Just a model that gets context.
It’s wild:
Want to delete a person walking across the frame? Done.
Change a daytime shot to golden hour? Also done.
Turn a close-up into a wide angle that was never filmed? Yep.
We haven’t used it hands-on yet, but if this works like it looks… editing is about to get flipped.
Aleph feels like what Runway was trying to be — but smarter, cleaner, and actually context-aware.
@nina_computer Please check at the bottom of the page—"Early access will begin rolling out shortly for all our Enterprise and Creative Partners. With broader access coming soon to all users"
If you look at recent launches of many popular AI tools, you’ll notice that they rarely release their product to all users at once. The same applies to Runway Aleph—although this is their official launch, some users already had early access and have shared videos on Twitter. The Runway team is unlikely to create a separate launch page again. That’s why we introduce such products on Product Hunt when the company makes a public announcement or shares a major update—because nowadays, a public announcement typically signals a wider rollout to users soon after.
And our main purpose is to make sure the ProductHunt community is the first to know about the tool in the world. 😍

Video editing used to take forever for simple object changes.
Dancing Dogs app
wow - gonna try it right away!
Who has access? I’m on the unlimited tier and don’t see Aleph yet.

How is this a launch if the page you linked says "Coming Soon".
C'mon.
