All the investors, none of the friction!
Whether you're raising your first round or cleaning up after your fifth, Rollups gives startups one clean cap table line — no admin drag.
We started Roll Up Vehicles over four years ago, and now RUVs deploy more capital into companies than most seed stage VC funds.
@rollupshq is a new brand by AngelList, run by myself and @sumukhsridhara , to double down on RUVs and deliver a new product for later stage companies.
Later stage companies often ask us if RUVs work for the existing stakeholders already on their cap table.
Our new product, Consolidation Vehicles, is the answer.
It consolidates multiple cap table lines into one in an investor friendly way.

“I recommend RUVs to every founder. It’s one of the most important developments in startup financing in the last decade.” – Hari Raghavan
“RUVs saved us so much time during our fundraise and our acquisition.” – Kirubha, Rollfi
“We brought in 200+ investors using a RUV — no-brainer.” – Ankur Nagpal
I’ve been throgh several fundraising rounds and every time, managing stakeholders gets more chaotic. Rollups feels like the kind of tool that turns “founder friendly” from a buzzword into something real.
Been behind the scenes as Rollups came together — the goal’s always been simple: help founders move faster.
RUVs solved the pain of raising from dozens by turning small checks into one clean line. CVs now bring that same leverage with retroactive cleanups.
Worth a look, if you are raising or cleaning up (or just curious): Rollups.com
Congrats on the launch! This is great for founders. Clean cap tables and a way to tidy up old messes are something all founders look for. It does add a little bit of legal and tax complexity to the mix, but I'm sure if managed right, RUVs/CVs simplify a lot of things.

Love seeing tools that actually help founders make sense of their equity! Tracking everything used to give me a headache—does Rollups integrate with cap tables out of the box?
This is a really interesting direction — especially given the recent dearth of IPOs. Something that's needed for both investors and founders. Really interested to see how this gains traction.

Can Rollups import data from Carta/other cap table tools to make switching seamless?
