I started using roger-roger a couple of months ago, and it's been a ton of fun! I've been bumping into friends in random places and having spontaneous meetings almost every day, and I love it! This is a fantastic way to better connect with your friends in the real world. Sometimes, I see that a friend is in a nearby cafe, and it's the perfect excuse to get up from my chair and go say hi. Love the direction of this project. Congratulations on the launch, @supnim and @jamespotterdev !

Super slick product guys, great work! Love the design. What about an "uncommon" interests matching feature - hear me out, a lot of the good friends we make with others are based on the niche or uncommon interests we have... in common, what if you also found a way to help people match using that as an additional criteria (as well as location), so you ONLY match if it is a really odd interest e.g. Mongolian throat singing aficionados. It would only show you people if you match.

You'll know exactly when your pals are en route, so no more 'I'm almost there' excuses! I have ONE feature request, can we have a "Date Mode" please? 😅 Sometimes, you just need a break from friends tracking you on romantic nights out. Rogerer 6 here. When I was on my way to a friend and texted him that I was stuck in traffic, he texted back, I know, I see you on roger roger. That made me go hmm, maybe James made something useful this time. A funny side effect is that I’ve become more active out of fear to be location shamed by my friends. No more hermit hermit

I love the idea to be able to see my friends nearby and never miss a chance to meet them. Great idea. Cant wait for an IOS version. One thing which strikes me is that I think it would be awesome if you could create a list of favorites where both opt in and get notifications if you are in the vicinity of one of the favorites. That would be kick ass. Friend X is near you. Meet up now? Supercool... Upvoted :-)
