Fantastic tool to have real-time visibility from Salesforce, but also to take some quick actions (opportunity updates, cases escalation, responses to hot leads etc) directly from Slack without opening Salesforce.
The team at Rattle have also built a useful library of pre-defined workflows which don't need any code - I particularly love the feature which includes some animated GIFs to spice up those Slack notifications and try to increase Salesforce data accuracy/adoption.
We are not using Outreach (currently on SalesLoft) but I imagine Rattle can add value there as well with real-time integrations on Slack.
And last but not least, their customer support is simply great - I have genuinely enjoyed working with them from their early beta version.
As a sales ops manager and newer salesforce admin, rattle has been such a critical tool for rolling out process changes to notifying my team and alert me of any issues with the process. We LOVE rattle and the team behind it.
