Congrats on launching Pulsy, @fabien_pinel! π This seems like a game-changer for Slack teams. The pricing and simplicity really set it apart from other options. Excited to see how it performs in the wild! Upvoting this for sure!
Hey @fabien_pinel I really appreciate the pricing for smaller teams. You're right, Polly is great, but the pricing doesn't fit.
Congrats on the launch π
Now this is cool! Perhaps the best launch I have seen today.
Very clear value proposition. I can easily understand what, why, how, etc. And I genuinely feel that it is of value.
The affordable cost makes it even further appealing. And I like The Office memes on Buddies HR. π
Congratulations on the launch! π
I will share this with my team and we might become a user of not just Pulsy, but also all other tools of Buddies HR.π
@naomigarcia glad that you saw The Office memes on our landing page haha
Do not hesitate to send us feedback once you've tested Pulsy :) (or other apps)
Great alternative, @fabien_pinel! Love the emphasis on simplicity and affordability. This could really boost engagement without breaking the bank! Can't wait to try Pulsy out!
Great to see alternatives like Pulsy, especially when it offers such essential features at a fraction of the cost! π° The focus on simplicity and integration with Slack is a big win for teams looking to streamline their feedback process. Kudos to @fabien_pinel for making this happen! Can't wait to give it a try and see how it performs against other tools. Keep up the amazing work!
Hey Fabien,
Do you have plans to expand the range of survey types beyond eNPS and engagement surveys?
How customizable are the questions within these templates?
Congrats on the launch!
This looks like a pretty cool tool to gauge eNPS and collect anonymous feedback. Great for teams under 30 people.
The pricing is wild though. 1M users -> $6M ARR. What made you decide to price like this?
Congrats on the launch @fabien_pinel and team!
@tonyhanded we mainly looked at the cost for a 100 people company. $50 per month for a Slack app sounds like a fair price. We don't want to charge half the price of Slack without providing at least half the value.
Does that make sense?
Congrats on launching Pulsy, Fabien! π It's refreshing to see a more affordable and streamlined option for Slack surveys. The focus on essential features is spot onβsometimes less really is more. Excited to see how it takes off in the Slack community. Canβt wait to try it out! Upvoted!
Pulsy sounds like a game changer for Slack teams! π Love that itβs not another wallet buster. Kudos to @fabien_pinel for keeping it simple and affordable! Canβt wait to see it in action!
Pulsy sounds like a game changer for Slack teams! π I mean, who needs to pay a premium for a survey tool when you can get all the essentials right in Slack at such a low cost? Great work, @fabien_pinel! Excited to see how this can help boost our engagement without breaking the bank! Keep it up!
Hey @fabien_pinel, love the concept of Pulsy! Itβs refreshing to see a more budget-friendly option for Slack surveys. Just curious though, how do you plan to handle user feedback and updates? Will there be an option for users to suggest new features in the future? Also, can we expect any integrations with other tools beyond Slack? Looking forward to seeing how Pulsy evolves! π
Hey @ezshine, thanks for your support!
To answer your questions:
- We handle user feedback and updates through email sequences and live chat
- This is also how our users suggest new features
- We didn't plan any other integration beyond Slack
So weβre replacing one overpriced tool with another slightly more affordable one, I'm all for saving money but how about we focus on actually improving work instead of just finding cheaper tools
@agileexec20 thanks for your comment!
First, it is not "slightly more affordable one"; it is "dramatically more affordable one."
Second, we also compete by adding more features (https://buddieshr.com/pulsy#feat...) and a more intuitive UX (everything happens within Slack, no clunky web UI).
Cool to see an alternative to Polly, @fabien_pinel! I'm curious about the level of customization for the templates you mentioned. Do you think Pulsy will support custom questions in future updates? Also, how do you plan to handle user feedback for further improvements? Excited to give it a try!
@zanereed596 thanks! The templates are 100% customizable. Pulsy already support custom questions!
User feedback is handled through email and our live chat :)
So, you're saying this is cheaper and simpler than Polly, but have you thought about how limited features might affect its usefulness long term, might be good for startups, but what about larger teams, any plans for more advanced functions in the future
Hey @devcertify2024 π Thanks for your comment. Pulsy is indeed cheaper and simpler that Polly. We focused on the right features, so we even have more features than Polly to better serve our ICP. Our biggest user has 3k+ users :)
So basically this is just another survey tool for Slack, right, it's cheap and all but I'm still not convinced it's worth switching from what we already use.
@dialogdevsenior here's our list of features (https://buddieshr.com/pulsy#feat...). Whatever you're using, its worth switching, we have features no Slack app has in the market :) (example: Access incomplete responses, Anonymous follow-up conversations, Smart & Automated Reminders in Slack)
The idea is fantastic. I'm eager to try it out with the team. We'll definitely share our feedback, whether we love it or have suggestions for improvement. βοΈ
