Pulse is a wearable built for people who’d rather test than guess. It tracks sleep, energy, and habits; then helps you run experiments to see what actually makes a difference. No generic advice. No subscriptions.
We built Pulse because we were tired of health trackers that guilt you for rest days, show nice charts but no clear next steps, and charge monthly just to unlock basic features.
After over a year of building, we’re now in the final 100 meters before launch, and we’re beyond excited to share what we’ve created!
What makes Pulse different? One of the features we’re most proud of is the Experiment Lab - a space where you can test how your body responds to habits like screen time before bed, coffee after 2pm, cold showers in the morning, and more.
Pulse isn’t just another dashboard.... it’s a feedback loop.
No subscriptions. No generic advice. Just tools that work with your body, not against it.
Congratulations to the Pulse team on your launch. I’m impressed by the focus on personalized experimentation. How does Pulse measure energy levels, and can users export raw data for independent analysis?
@techacc Hey He Z! We measure energy levels through a combination of sleep debt, circadian rhythm, your previous nights sleep and a few other vitals! Yes you can export the data for further analysis - other brands don't do this!
Congrats on launching Pulse! Love the experiment-driven approach and no-subscription model. Does that mean i can setup an experiment to see like,, what actually effects my sleeping quality between two days??
Hi @joey_zhu1 exactly! the experiment could be related to caffeine vs sleep, late night meetings vs sleep, screentime vs sleep, or anything else! pulse has an experiment engine that allows you to setup any experiment relating to your habits and track how they impact your sleep, energy, and other vitals!
A wearable that tracks your body’s real-time response to habits, routines, and tools. Find out what truly improves your focus, sleep, or mood data over guesswork.
Have followed this project from the beginning. The wearable tech space is so massive now especially with data driven studies around fitness and performance and the pulse seem to be on the cutting edge. My order is on the way and I can't wait to try it.
@tankevan Yes! I personally have been testing screentime vs sleep for some weeks now. I found out that reading on my phone before bed doesn't effect my sleep too much, but watching Youtube certainly does! That experiment has led me to reading books + blogs before sleeping instead of doomscrolling on TikTok/YT Shorts!

Looking forward to being pulsed
Love how Pulse is making health tracking simple, fun, and valuable.
Just wondering:
Will users be able to use the app without the wearable at first? Or is it built to be fully integrated from the start?
Either way, this is a game-changer. Congrats to the whole team 🎯
Pulse
@iamtheabdulsalam Hey! The app and the wearable go hand in hand! You'll be able to use the app as soon as the wearable ships!
The Experiment Lab sounds really unique! Do you have any examples of surprising experiment results you discovered from your own testing? Thanks!
