Should we automate outreach? (Need your advice)

Hey PH community đź‘‹

I’m Sumit — indie founder of PitchIntel.

👉 What we’re solving:

When you pitch a company — for sales, partnerships, or fundraising — you usually waste hours piecing together news, signals, and angles… or you risk sounding generic.

PitchIntel fixes that by letting you:

âś… Instantly generate strategic briefs for any company (what to say, what not to say, trends, tech stack, pitfalls).

✅ Create personalized outreach drafts — emails, DMs, hooks — right from those briefs.

It’s like having a mini research analyst + cold outreach writer on tap.

🧩 The dilemma:

Right now, you still have to copy/paste that outreach into your email tool, LinkedIn, etc. Some users said:

> “Why not go further? Why not handle sending sequences, follow-ups, and replies too?”

But some users say that feels too much for an early product.

So I’m stuck:

Should we keep PitchIntel simple — generate insights + drafts only —

or

Should we build a full Outreach Copilot — with smart sequences, automatic follow-ups, timing recommendations, maybe even deal tracking?

📌 My questions for you all:

If you do cold outreach, would you trust an AI to run your whole sequence?

Do you prefer keeping research + sending separate — or all-in-one?

Where does “too much automation” start to break trust for you?

Any feedback, stories, or honest “Don’t do it” replies are super helpful!

Thanks for reading — let’s see where this goes.
