Looking at the pricing page you forgot to mention how many contacts/integrations/users the free plan actually includes "Get started with your whole team for free. Upgrade as you require more contacts for your team." doesn't actually say how much contacts (and integrations/users) you are allowed for free which can be useful to know beforehand.

FYI: You get unlimited contacts/integrations/users in a 14-day free trial and then at that point you'll be matched with whatever plan fits your contacts. Right now, we're (read: @jeremy_clarke) is working with folks to keep an eye on that # of contacts so it doesn't get too wild upfront, but we've not seen any major flags with that just yet.
And if you have anyone in your contact list who you don't want in there, we have an easy button to purge them so you're not getting charged for those. ๐ณ๏ธ ๐
We're actually super curious about everyones thoughts on our pricing. We wanted to move away from user based pricing because it's super limiting as a team grows. So if you have more thoughts, send them our way!
@jeremy_clarke@breenafain yeah see "Get started for free" doesn't sound like a 14 day free trial to me ๐ So that would be one point of feedback to adjust but I understand what you are saying now with the trail in the back of my mind. It felt like there was a free tier, but there isn't. I would personally clarify that a bit but maybe it's just me how finds the wording confusing...
Anyway, love the pricing model, using same models in my own SaaS. Don't pay for features or users but pay based on what you are using the product for. So having a price based on the number of contacts makes very much sense to me and I've seen a few helpdesk-a-like moving to that model!

Re: Pricing. Glad to hear you're doing something similar. We hate tools that trap us into adding a user... or let's be real, all sneakily sharing the same login. ๐

And then I see the phrase" Don't think we are CRM" :)

Wow Jeremy! Know that you guys are building something cool. An overall customer insight with integrations and that easy UI seems untrue when you look at how stuffy similar apps are.

@megan_leinenbach Hi Megan! Great question, and dang... have you been peeking into our standups? ๐
We are actually right in the middle of discussing these two things. Right now, @jeremy_clarke is working customers directly to create custom fields, but eventually it will be self-service. :) And as for adding information straight into Pano - we're not doing that at the moment. We're relying on the existing data that lives in your tech stack. But very curious to hear what you'd like to add!
