You can upload the .BAM file to https://promethease.com/ for a very affordable and comprehensive report. The Promethease was extremely useful. While I would not recommend Nebula Genomics on it's own, I highly recommend using it to generate the file that can be used with Promethease.
Pros:
The company produces a full genome map. It uses block chain technology to store the data securely. It costs less than other companies.
Cons:
The reports on your DNA are not very comprehensive and are not useful.
I uploaded my results from 23andMe to get the "Expanded" report -- every week I get new updates about my genome, and research studies and how they relate to me. I like that I can get more information without needing an additional test, and knowing that my data is secure and wont be shared without my permission. I highly recommend checking out their service if you want more than what 23andme offers.
Cant wait for the 30x sequencing!
By far the most bang for your buck, and with the Library feature you at least get updated content every week. The Ancestry experience could be much better when compared to other services, but the overall pros you receive from their WGS outweigh the cons when comparing Nebula to other services.
Recommended for anyone who truly wants to learn more about their DNA and not be spoon fed info.
Having your DNA tested gives you back a lot of raw data, no matter who you pay to do it. For me, the support is where you win or lose. I honestly cannot see how anyone could lose with Nebula Genomics. Either they treat me in an unusual way (over the top support), or they have a service oriented philosophy that drives who they are. I have to say that I’m a nobody. There is no reason for them to treat me special. The data integrity was solid. Data retrieval has been perfect and I love my Nebula library so much better than anything I ever got from 23andMe.
I wanted as much of my data that I could get. I wanted as much control as I could have. I hoped for help when I needed it. I got all three when I signed up for Nebula Genomics’s sequencing.
There is no way I could explain how Nebula impacted my life. Made significant changes in my life based on the data from them. Those changes led to a completely new life for me.

I am from another country. There is no low regulations for such case. So I powerless to claim fraud.
There are lot of praise reviews from the Internet including big resources. The price of such reviews is nothing.
I found it exciting until I saw "nebula token". Why do you need your own token for such a product and what is its aim and mechanism? I found no information on the website related to it.
I trusted that company I trusted the reviews. I trusted so much that I bought 4 kits one for each of my family members
I bought them in Oct-Nov my results should had arrive at the end of November. They arrived at Dic 30! And I am still waiting for the Ancestry report.
It is impossible to talk to anyone you only have an email to contact them and is a outside company
Their platform brings a very pleasant usability experience. The reports are easy to understand and have a very good assertiveness, even for users outside the United States. They seem to have a pretty complete database. In the traits report, there are many interesting categories that helped me discover things about myself that I never imagined. In my personal opinion, it's one of the best I've used.
I'm excited about this for two reasons:
1. It gives you more control over data that's extremely personal — your DNA.
2. The DNA sequencing kit is direct to consumer, making participating in medical research an easily accessible option.

Time - about a year.

I received my results a month ago. Global pandemics restrictions and postal problems gave me a hard time, because they lost my kits two times. Despite the long delay I am absolutely happy now, I believe I can be satisfied. The read depth and coverage is pretty good (I took my sample just after I woke up), customer service was always kind with me, I got replacement kits, sequencing was quick and on top of that I got a good discount.
If someone is still hesitating which sequencing service to choose, I think Nebula is the best, I recommend them.
I initially signed up for basic sequencing a few years ago, then recently took the leap and got the 30x sequencing. I think both services provide exceptional value for the price. I especially like having access to the libraries to investigate genetic tendencies such as potential medical conditions to be aware of. And the sheer amount of data and cross-research available for genealogy with the 30x sequencing is fantastic, almost overwhelming. I admit I haven’t had the time yet to properly dig into this piece, but I plan to. Finally, when I had a question about subscription billing, customer service was prompt and helpful.
Working with Nebula Genomics to get my full DNA sequenced at 30x was an easy experience and has been extremely useful. Nebula has some great DNA reports that are all linked to different scientific studies which show what genetic variations you have vs what was found in the study to see if you’re more or less likely to have certain traits or be susceptible to certain diseases for example. Since Nebula provides me with my full genome mapping along with all the associated reports, I can also use my data with other great companies to provide different reports and stay up to date on any future findings. I was able to get a health report run to provide to my primary care doctor with genetic predispositions I have so we both know what to look out for in the future. Lastly their Genome browser is a great way to learn about how your genes and variations of genes work and be able to quickly lookup a gene name or genome location. I’m glad to have my DNA finally sequenced.
I picked up Nebula's complete package at a good price, which appears much more affordable than others. Especially when you take in that its secure and private in the Block Chain. Our DNA is held private and given control to us! The genetic dispositions we're helpful, they give a quick summary for all the things they match up with - which keep growing as more research is discovered. Their reviews are not that in-depth but they cite their sources. I appreciate the full genome breakdown rather than a part.
Only complaint I have was a lack of information on where my DNA went as it was in the state of being uploaded - on the good side I ALWAYS got a reply back from customer service, which would say "Processing wait a bit please" every time. I appreciate an actual response! They made sure to stay on top of it! I can't really say who's to 'Blame' there anyways. The last year and a half has everyone running slow.
They provide OUR data in a few formats so you can pick how you want to keep it, as well as being compatible with other services to further help in decoding. They are also working to always get more results, get Family Tree DNA directly associated and bring more to their service for what you got!
I recommend them over the Privacy of other companies, its your DNA. YOU should have control over it, Nebula gives us that control!
I was able to participate in a research study. It was amazing and exciting to read over my results. Some things I already knew about myself and my family history. But how it showed in my DNA. I understand just because it shows in my DNA does not mean it will affect me.
Their communication is awful. I've ordered a kit from the to the UK and sent my samples back. Never received an e-mail confirming that they received it (Although I know it was delivered through Fedex confirmation). They are now charging me a subscription fee of $84 dollars (not sure how they calculated that), even before providing me the sequencing data. Finally, their e-mail communication seems to be AI-based responses. Very frustrating experience so far.
