Regarding anonymity, we don't collect your email address or require you to sign up, and therefore, we make sure that your identity is never revealed to the recipient or to us. Further, we hope to prevent harmful content through our UX, which is focused on cute and quirky stickers, colors, and fonts.

@bradydowling Thanks Brady, glad you like it! We were definitely trying to be conscious of warding off hate mail and spam. We hope that our UX emphasis on positivity and cuteness and the small fee attached to sending a letter discourages such use cases.

@alex_dulub Hey there!! 😊👋 Since we are not storing anything related to creating and sending Letters, we are unable to actually see them. However, reading through the comments here and on Twitter, people are mentioning Valentine's Day letters, team-building exercises at work, and letters to mom & dad 🥰 .. personally I used it to send a cheeky message to my brother loaded with gifs and stickers - just to annoy him a little haha 📬

@sarah_wright7 For now, it'll be that price. However, depending on demand, we considered making fun product additions and package pricing! Additions such as "read receipt" or "reply function to @anonymous," etc. Letters can expand into such fun areas. 🫡🌈
