How's that different from a regular form with a radio field using images? I'm confused. Is it just a quick template?

@thiagoafram it's a quick template that you can set up with kiosk mode on your tablet as a POS feedback collection or have a QR code printed out for your customers to scan and quickly fill out a satisfaction survey on their own device. 🙂
