I’m Joey, a part of the customer support world and fully passionate about helping products succeed.

My journey began in marketing, where I spent my days crafting stories, building campaigns, and attracting users. But along the way, I had a realization: the real magic doesn’t happen at the point of conversion — it happens after the signup, when users start exploring, stumbling, asking questions, and ultimately shaping the product through their experiences. That shift in perspective led me to the world of customer and product support.

Currently, I’m working with TaskFord - a work management platform built for teams that juggle chaos but crave clarity. Think of us as your team's command center, where projects, priorities, and people all come together in one smooth, smart space. Our goal? To remove the noise and give you space to actually get things done.

What really drives me is the space where user feedback meets product evolution. There’s something incredibly rewarding about hearing, “This solved my problem,” and knowing you played a part in making that solution possible.
