Launching soon. Could use some tips for sure

Hi PH community 👋

I'm Ludwig and I've been on PH for quite a while already. Over the last 10 years or so I've discovered so many great products thanks to the PH community already. However, I've never launched something here myself...and that is changing pretty soon. I'm quite excited and nervous at the same time 😅

I've been working in the social media management and SMB space for the better part of my career and life actually 😅

It all started with me helping my family's small businesses with their social media presence. I realized quite quickly that social media was a real struggle for them. In 2015 I got an opportunity and moved to San Francisco to help tech companies, SMBs and startups with their social media as a freelancer. This in turn then led to the creation of Willow, which is a social media management solution for SMBs and professional service providers ('traditional' SaaS). It's super sleek, super easy to use and doesn't require any previous marketing knowledge.

I'm passionate about helping Small Businesses to grow, and my way of achieving this is by helping them with growing on and through social media. I've learned and seen first-hand that the majority of SMBs don't have the time or knowledge to do social media themself, and that they don't want to allocate big budget to social media freelancers, agencies or hiring someone on the payroll.

One of the beautiful things of AI is that it - when applied properly - has the potential to level the playing field for SMBs in terms of social media management. The product that we're launching soon - called Will- is going to be a real game changer for Small Businesses all over the world.
