Hi there! I'm Koen, founder of SowFlow (SOP software)

Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself here. I’m Koen Vegter and I'm the founder of SowFlow.

Over the years, I noticed that so much knowledge inside teams gets lost in people’s heads, scattered notes, or long chat threads. Every time we had to repeat a task or onboard someone new, it felt like we were starting from scratch.

That frustration is what pushed me to start building the sowflow software, to make capturing and replicating processes a lot easier through visual step-by-step guides. For me, it’s really about solving that everyday pain of “we’ve done this before, but where’s the exact way we did it?” and making sure teams don’t lose momentum because of missing documentation.
