I'm Gunhee Han, co-founder and CEO of @Shotup AI
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who supported and upvoted Shotup AI — thanks to you, we made it to the Top 5 Product of the Day! 🚀 Since our launch, we’ve seen a 700% jump in app downloads and website visits. Even more exciting, we're now getting amazing feedback from real users who are excited to use and help improve our product.


I've always loved building things that make everyday life a little easier. I also have a big love for photography — from shooting with old film cameras, to digital mirrorless, to snapping photos on my iPhone.


Before we started Shotup AI, my co-founder Harry and I used to co-host photo exhibitions for indie photographers. When we were organizing and choosing photos for the shows, we realized how hard it was to sort and find the right images. We kept wishing we could just describe a photo — like "the one with the sunset and mountains" — and have AI find it for us.


Later, we had the same struggle with all the screenshots piling up on our phones, and that’s what led us to create Shotup AI.


Thank you again for being part of our early journey. We're so excited to keep building and making Shotup AI even better! 🙌

That's so cool to hear about the huge increase in downloads after launching on Product Hunt. We love to hear that!


I love hearing stories like these about a product being built out of a specific need. I know I've run into this myself a lot when I'm trying to find a particular picture, and I find that the iPhone's search just usually doesn't return what I'm actually looking for. I'll need to try out Shotup AI for this.
