I’m Kavya, a developer and cofounder. I come from a background in software engineering and AI product development, working on backend systems and computer vision. I love turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions, and now I’m channeling that into skincare + AI.

For years, I’ve battled acne myself, and my cofounder @simoni_shah struggled with rosacea; so we both knew the pain of confusing products, conflicting advice, and endless skincare routines. That shared frustration sparked an idea: what if my phone could be my personal skincare coach?

That’s how CharmAI was born; my AI-powered skincare coach that helps me understand my skin, provides deeper personalized advice, and gives me a starting point. My goal is to make skincare simple, smart, and actually helpful. Right now, my teammates and I are building an MVP and we are really excited to launch it to the public.
