Stefan Pakic

Developer & co-founder of a website builder for professionals (Divhunt)

Hi everyone!

My name is Stefan. I’ve been a full-stack developer for the past decade. Over the last five years, I’ve been juggling between working with clients and building Divhunt. As a founder, I’ve worked in every position you can imagine. We haven’t raised any investments so far, and we’re not quite successful enough yet to have the MRR to hire all the roles we need.

So yeah, since our beta launch in 2023, I honestly don’t know what my position is anymore 😄

But as of yesterday, I decided to take marketing for Divhunt into my own hands and do my best to see if we can grow it without outside investment.

And that’s why I’m here—researching everything, including how and when to launch on Product Hunt. Any tips or suggestions would be awesome! And if there are any marketing experts out there with advice on how to market SaaS products, what social platforms work best, and so on, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

A little about me: I’m 31 years old. I started coding back in 2012 at university, and got serious about it around 2016. Since then, I’ve tried a few small projects—none of them worked out, of course—but that’s all part of the learning process :)

I mostly did front-end work and WordPress for clients, then started using Webflow around 2020.

The biggest client I worked with was Chili Piper — a unicorn company. Their website was built in Webflow. I built 160 pages in 19 days and migrated over 800 CMS items. We launched it on New Year’s Eve in 2022. Crazy times.

I don’t have much time for hobbies these days, but I used to be a semi-pro CS:GO player from 2015 to 2017. I still play from time to time. If anyone here’s familiar—I’m still pretty good for my age 😄 Around 3K elo on Faceit.

I also play a lot of online chess blitz (I’m bad...). I just play to relax during work breaks.

That’s enough about me :) I’m looking forward to learning more about Product Hunt and preparing for our launch—hopefully in the next couple of months!

Cheers!
