Conversion Optimisation Geek launching my first SAAS app

Hey Product Hunters!

I'm a Conversion Geek who loves all things A/B testing and improving website performance.

I've been doing been doing CRO for the past couple of years now and I decided to build an app to scratch my own itch.

For some who work in small, time poor strapped CRO teams, it can be hard to come up with ideas at times. Think of it as the experimentation equivalent of writers block.

So I decided to help motivate team members by gamifying the experience. Submitting ideas and voting on each others ones would hopefully increase motivation between members to put in awesome test ideas. Also setup a leaderboard for those that are consistently engaged on the platform.

Anyway, hope you like it.

This is such a smart concept — love the idea of gamifying idea generation to beat “experimenter’s block.”

As someone building a product for solo service pros, I know how tough it can be to keep fresh ideas flowing — especially when you're juggling everything.

The leaderboard and voting mechanic sound like great ways to keep momentum and buy-in across small CRO teams. Definitely bookmarking KaizenIdeas for future A/B work.

@dustinheaps Thanks for the feedback!

This product is still in it's MVP stage and I've been given some great feedback to improve it.

I created this product to solve my own CRO teams problems and frustrations. Yes, we should be data driven and let the data help infer our hypotheses, but at the same time we're all humans and either suffer from motivational blocks or coming up with fresh ideas for A/B tests.

So I developed this MVP which in itself is a hypothesis to hopefully solve the problem to the question "How do we maintain motivation between teams and also get feedback from others about our test ideas (because we all have our biases"
