And given that we already lean on ChatGPT (or other LLMs) for coding, writing, and research, letting responsible AI nudge interviews forward feels both fair and inevitable.

@rachitmagon the AI utilizes a combination of data points starting from your CV, LinkedIn profile, job description, work stories and generates relevant talking points to the questions based on the above context.
Obviously, if some candidate isn't aware of a certain concept, they can use AI to understand how to respond to the question but they can choose to answer it from a basic knowledge perspective and inform the interviewer that they have limited experience or expertise in that concept. Just like we do otherwise.
