I Don’t Want to Go Viral. I Want to Get Better.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we build now.

It’s weird.

Somehow, we started treating the internet like a scoreboard.

💥 “I launched.”

💬 “I got 1,000 upvotes.”

📈 “Here’s my MRR graph.”

But here’s what we don’t show:

• the confused testers

• the broken onboarding

• the awkward DM where someone says “this makes no sense”

• the reality check you needed—but almost ignored

And honestly? That’s the good stuff. That’s what actually helps us grow.

So I built IndieCru.sh around that idea.

Not to go viral.

But to get better.

It’s a small place where:

• You post your product early

• Real people test it

• They tell you what’s broken (and what’s magic)

• You iterate in public

• You grow before you go loud

We reward feedback with our own token ($INDIE).

We spotlight makers who ship messy stuff.

We track not just launches—but learning curves.

Because I don’t believe in “big launches” anymore.

I believe in quiet starts and compounding progress.

If you're here for validation, you'll get silence.

If you're here for growth, you'll find work.

But if you're here to learn, to ship, to level up—

you’re in the right place.

No dopamine games.

No sugarcoated feedback.

Just honest loops, early momentum, and people who actually care.

indiecru.sh

Don’t build to impress.

Build to improve.

And don’t wait to launch.

That moment already started the second someone said:

“This part confused me.”

That’s your launch.

Now run with it.
